pricing conditions

Legion has an updated pricing structure, offering different payment plans for our existing and potential customers. Major update in the structure is the implementation of the commitment plans. Commitment plans are continuous payment obligation as long as you are training with us for the duration of the plan (e.g. if you sign up on the 1st of January, your next payment will due be from the 1st of February, whether or not you missed few trainings in between). We want to underline that you are NOT locked into a contract you cannot get out of for the chosen period, (see the conditions below). The plans are basically a subscription service until cancelled (see conditions below). For additional information please consult with our reception or Facebook page.

Membership plans:

ADULTS (DOLIDZE):
Unlimited* 12-month commitment plan, 150 GEL per month paid monthly (annual saving 360 GEL)
Unlimited* NON-commitment plan 180 GEL per month (commitment free can be renewed or canceled as desired).

Conditions for the 12 month commitment plan:

– 12 month commitment plans require an upfront payment of first and the last month payment (2 months total). After first month ends, the payments should be made every month on time when the payment is due, until the last (12th) month. If the payment is missed the last month payment will be used to cover the payment for the due month, after that the existing subscription will be cancelled. (Of course training will be permitted for the months which have already been covered).

– To reenter the 12 month plan, the member will have to make the 2-month payment again (first and last month).

– Payment made for the 12 month payment is not refundable.

– Force Majeure situations might be taken into considerations, but should be communicated with the Legion staff as soon as possible.

– Can be frozen due to an injury that prevents you from training for over a month and renewed without penalty. Must be communicated with the Legion staff as soon as possible, to which you may be granted an exemption. (Doctor’s note required).

– Membership freezing is available for memberships with 2 weeks or more still remaining, up to 1 week of freezing time per year, no questions asked.

– Can be canceled anytime without any penalties if you do not plan to continue your trainings with us anymore.
