You just need to show up to one of our classes wearing sport clothes and if you have a compression shirt it will be better (please bring flip flops with you because walking in the dressing room without flip flops is not allowed) . We have loaner uniforms (called a gi, or a kimono) that you can use.  We have team uniforms available for purchase later if you decide to join the team.  We have water from the sink that you can drink, but many people like to bring their own water bottle.  It can be nerve racking walking into an unfamiliar place for the first time, but after one class you will see that it’s a great place with nothing to fear!  Try a free class, and see for yourself!  Whether you are experienced or a beginner, we are the best BJJ training facility in Tbilisi .

There are couple of options for kimono . The main two options are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Kimono or a Judo Kimono.

Both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo descended from the ancient samurai unarmed fighting art known as Jujutsu. Jujutsu or “Japanese Jiu Jitsu” incorporates strikes, throws, trips, and ground fighting into a more general hand to hand combat approach. Modern Jiu Jitsu, on the other hand, focuses almost entirely on ground fighting – positions and submissions.
